Refund Policy

1.Overview

At APEX HostMate we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantees, which products are eligible, and how to request a refund. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2.Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans, calculated from the date of your initial purchase:

If you are not satisfied within the applicable period, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee, no questions asked.

3.What Is Refundable

The following are eligible for refund within the applicable guarantee period:

  • The recurring hosting fee for first-time purchases of eligible plans;
  • Plans cancelled within the guarantee window through your client area or by contacting support.

4.What Is Not Refundable

The following are non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • Domain registrations & renewals — once registered, domains are subject to non-refundable registry fees;
  • SSL certificates — premium certificates once issued;
  • Dedicated servers — due to dedicated hardware allocation and setup;
  • Add-ons — backups, priority support, additional storage and similar extras;
  • Setup fees and administrative charges;
  • Renewals — payments for subsequent billing terms after the initial guarantee period;
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

5.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee period:

  • Open a ticket from your client area, or email billing@apexhostmate.com;
  • Include your account email, the service, and the reason for your request (optional but helpful);
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds promptly.

6.Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically completes within 5–10 business days, though the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

7.Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we are happy to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your Services. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks with supporting documentation.

8.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
